Septic Inspections

Pricing & Terms information:

The charge for a standard septic inspection is $145.00 for the first tank and $75.00 for any additional tank on site. If any tank on site has an outlet filter and it is determined at the time of inspection that the filter needs to be serviced in order to complete the inspection, there will be additional charge of $75.00 for that service. If for any reason the inspection was not completed or a re-inspection is needed to complete the septic inspection, there will be additional charge of $95.00.

All charges must be paid in full before any reports are released and there will be no refunds given after the inspection has been preformed.

All inspections will be conducted in a professional manner and shall be performed as a standard inspection and shall not be considered or interpreted as an advanced inspection per 64E-6 the Florida department of health procedures for non-mandatory inspection and assessment of existing systems.

We can not and do not guarantee the future performance of any part of your septic system.

The pumping out of the septic tank is not included in the inspection.
